Daniel Jackman, CMA is the business partner of professional speaker Brenda Bence, CSP and is responsible for running the “back-office” of their business which celebrated 20-years in April this year. Prior to working in their company, he had a broad experience in Finance and Administration in a variety of MNC and entrepreneurial ventures. Daniel holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business (University of Chicago) and also currently sits on two Boards: MVCI AP Advisory Board (3 years) and Doane University (16 years).

Uma has worked for both local and international agencies in Singapore as an executive creative director and a creative problem solver with over a decade of experience in integrated advertising, marketing, and digital innovation. She’s experienced in leading teams to strategise, create and execute through-the-line and digital concepts for various local, regional, and global brands, specialising in FMCG, lifestyle, and beauty.
Her passion for theology, background in journalism, and years in advertising make her a natural researcher of creative content, a lover of people, and a motivator of teams. She’s a fearless explorer of concepts and new ideas and enjoys navigating new challenges, especially in digital media. She’s got an M.A. in Digital Media Management from Hyper Island.
