Sandrine Provoost

Sandrine Provoost is the Founder and CEO of Vertical Breakthrough Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, bringing 20+ years of expertise in project and change management, with a strong focus on executing global strategic and business transformation projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

As an Organizational Psychologist, Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach, and Culture Transformation Expert, Sandrine advises and coaches her clients to design and implement transformational change, deliver breakthrough results, increase organizational agility, and establish high-performing, co-creative corporate cultures that unleash human potential.

Sandrine has successfully led global transformations for more than 20 Fortune 500 companies across 12 industries in 20 countries, impacting up to 50,000 people. Her diverse industry experience includes retail, consumer goods, apparel, banking, financial services, transportation, advertising/media, the steel industry, and the public sector.

She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Liege in Belgium and a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Marketing from HEC Montreal in Canada. Sandrine is an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation (Integral Coaching Canada/NeuroLeadership Institute). Additionally, she has studied Project Management (Boston University, USA), Change Management (Prosci/Being First, USA), and Agile Coaching (ICAgile, Scaled Agile, Scrum Alliance, Kanban University).
