David Goldwich

David Goldwich, JD, MBA, practiced law in the United States for more than ten years, arguing before judges and political, government, and community bodies. He has since reformed and hasn’t sued anyone in years.

Spirited as ever, David loves debunking conventional wisdom and finding better ways of doing things. Provocation. Creative destruction. This is where the path to excellence begins. His motto: All progress begins with a new idea.

A provocative and engaging speaker, David uses humor and stories gathered from his own experience as a lawyer, businessman, and father to inspire people to rebel and make breakthrough changes in their personal and professional lives. He is the author of numerous articles and four books, including his latest, Kickass Business Presentations: How To Persuade Your Audience Every Time.

David conducts workshops and delivers keynotes in the areas of Negotiation, Kickass Business Presentations, Impromptu Speaking, Storytelling in Business, Influence and Persuasion, and Leadership.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, USA, David has been living in Singapore and working throughout Asia since 1999. He enjoys art, music, stock investing, the beach, red wine, chocolate, and anything Italian.
