Andrew is the founder of AP Academy Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based training and consulting company specialising in AI transformation, leadership development, and professional speaking. He also leads Asia Pro Ventures, an angel investment platform spanning ASEAN, China, and India, and helms the SG60 Speaker Bureau and Ideas & Connections.

He is a Past President of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), a founding contributor to its mentoring and awards ecosystem, and recipient of its Spirit of Service Award. For more than three decades, Andrew has been a connector of ideas, industries, and people across the region.
