In 2020, Meital co-published a white paper titled 'LEADING IN THE AGE OF CULTURAL DIVERSITY: Challenges and Recommendations’, which identifies the major challenges faced by Asian-based leaders in building, managing, and leading multicultural teams. Meital holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the City University of New York. She is a member of the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP) and serves as a board member of the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS) and Market For Good.
