Arishta Khanna

Arishta is the founder of Project Spark and YakYak Global. Her work is centered on building human excellence, re-invention strategies for founders and leaders, and driving personal brand amplification through purposeful events. Her Signature series focuses on the niche for women start-ups, entrepreneurs and individuals, in the growth, development and transformative alcove.

She is also Immediate Past President, Toastmasters Club of Singapore having received the Distinguished President’s Award from Toastmasters International and currently is the President Elect for APSS, Singapore.

Her journey has been a mix of early entrepreneurship at the age of 20 building her first design and manufacturing venture while still a student at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), India’s leading fashion school, thereafter pivoting and establishing a home Interiors and furnishings brand for Europe and Asia, focused on design and production of premium apparel and home furnishing products supplying to leading design houses in Europe. Her products have lined a number of luxury boutique stores across Europe and North America. She continues to stay involved as a shareholder and advisor in the business.

She went on to work with one of the leading advertising companies in New Zealand, winning multiple top awards over the years, including the Nationwide highest Platinum award.

Currently, outside of her day jobs building these two ventures out of Singapore, she is actively involved in the TedX platform as a curator and mentor, and also advisor to the Board for many Leadership and public speaking programs in the non-profit sector. She has curated, hosted and led some of the most impactful events centred around innovation and ideas for change. Arishta is a TEDx curator and has led events in Singapore and across Asia.

She is passionate about supporting social enterprises that impact people directly by way of angel investment and mentoring to bring out the best of their messaging and reach. Arishta is always up for being a sounding board where she can add value.
