Cathy is an ICF-Certified Professional Coach, facilitator and global speaker working with organizations to support the development of authentic individuals and leaders.  With experience from an international corporate career spanning almost 3 decades, Cathy brings a depth of understanding around the challenges of being authentic in a rapidly changing world that’s demanding more and more of us – a world filled with barriers to finding and being our true selves.  With a healthy dose of honesty and humor, Cathy focuses on being authentic, helping people take charge of their lives by connecting with themselves and having authentic conversations.

Yasmine KhaterMaster Building Trust, Master Your Life

Yasmine helps business leaders understand psychology in order to craft better stories that help influence decisions. Her goal is to teach people how to connect with your audience, build credibility and trust, in order to help them take action. As a third culture kid, who has lived in 4 continents, she has found stories are the most effective way to connect with people.

Backed with Masters in Business from IE Business school, degree in psychology and Integrated Marketing Communications she helps people learn the tricks and tips that will make anyone a better storyteller.

About Hossan Leong – Panellist

Hossan Leong is one of Singapore’s most loved and recognised entertainers. Affectionately known as ‘Singapore Boy’, Hossan is a consummate performer whose skills include singing, dancing, acting, piano playing, and stand-up comedy. He is actively involved in theatre, television, film and radio. His fluency in French has also led him to international fame, as his work on such shows as A Singaporean in Paris and No Regrets: A Tribute to Edith Piaf have enabled him to play an instrumental role in bridging cultural relations between Singapore and France. In 2010, Hossan was conferred Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication for his contributions toward bridging the Arts between France and Singapore.


About Ong Soh Chin – Panellist

Soh Chin is the Asia-Pacific Editor and Speechwriter at Royal Dutch Shell. She writes speeches and articles for the company’s executive committee and other senior leaders, produces stories for the global digital channel and works closely with the Media Relations team.

She has a wide range of interests and has worked as a journalist and editor in both magazines and newspapers, specialising in the arts, entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, politics and current affairs.

 Before Shell, she spent a large part of her career at The Straits Times. She headed the arts and lifestyle coverage; wrote political commentaries and served as a senior correspondent in the opinion section. She also wrote a Special Report for the paper on the Indian Ocean tsunami of 2004, a month after the disaster.

Most recently, Soh Chin ran her own company writing speeches, articles and books for companies and government institutions. These included an official book commemorating Singapore’s 50th anniversary of independence in 2015.

Amni Musfirah – SOTA alumni / Singer / Composer

SOTA Music alumni, Amni Musfirah was talent spotted by Singapore's well-known composer, the late Iskandar Ismail at the tender age of 10.  She has performed at high profile events and shows, including becoming the voice and face of Asia’s largest water-light show, Wonder Full, at Marina Bay Sands. She has released three singles, New York High, Be Mine and Kembali, which are available on all music platforms. Music has always been her source of energy and confidence, and she is constantly writing and releasing new material.
