Titus has been a passionate advocate, speaker, facilitator, mentor and researcher in the fascinating domain of creativity and innovation for over a decade.  Prior to that, his eclectic professional experience ranges from business process consulting to offshore engineering to venture capital. He is convinced of the universal importance of creative thinking and innovative skills as a strategic necessity as well as a source of fulfillment at work and in our lives.

Travelling to over ten Asia-Pacific countries from Korea to China to Australia, Titus has taught managers at Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Standard Chartered Bank, Unilever, etc, as well as government agencies and social organizations. Being conversant in English, Chinese, Bahasa and two Asian dialects definitely helps in terms of bridging cultural gaps in Asia. He is thrilled to present new ideas at conferences, such as the International Conference on Thinking and American Creativity Association Conference. He has been on the faculty of Singapore Management University, and is an expert contributor to the Encyclopedia of Creativity, Invention, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Springer, 2013).

Titus's views and enterprising projects have been featured on Channel News Asia, TV, radio, and newspapers. He is grateful to be honored with the Indira India "Excellence in Innovation" award in Mumbai, and to be a graduate of the National University of Singapore and Harvard University.

He also derives inspiration when his wife and two children join him for adventures in Africa, Oceania and across Asia, and help more people to create worthwhile Dreams.

Notable quotes by Peter Drucker, widely considered as the "inventor of modern management":

"The business enterprise has two, and only two, basic functions: marketing and innovation.  Marketing and innovation produce results; all the rest are costs."

"Innovation is... capable of being presented as a discipline, capable of being learned, capable of being practiced."
