Professional Background 

Roshini has been in the corporate training business for over 17 years.  In that time she has trained in over 10 countries (including United States, Australia, China, India, Japan, UAE, Mozambique) skilling people in the areas of business presentations, customer service, EQ, NLP, and leading effective CHANGE.  Roshini has also been actively involved in the DESIGN process of workshops in the areas of optimism and resilience, customer service and communication.  In the last few years, her customer service design and delivery work has been for the public sector in Singapore, through the Civil Service College (CSC)

 

Roshini is Manager & Partner of her own Training Company, LOA CENTRE SG, and has partnered with other training consultancies based in the United States, Europe (Switzerland & UK) and Asia (Hong Kong & Malaysia) to provide training interventions as solutions for a variety of large and medium sized organisations, to fulfil their training needs.  Some of these relationships date back to more than 15 years ago, testament to Roshini’s capabilities as a trainer and the trust her partners have in her skills as well as in her integrity with the workshops they pass on to her to run on their behalf.

 

Academic Background

Roshini is a licensed trainer of John Kotter International’s OUR ICEBERG IS MELTING™ – Changing and Succeeding Under Any Condition and Shawn Achor’s Happiness Advantage /Orange Frog-Leading Positive Results™.  In addition to being a certified facilitator in Law of Attraction (Michael J Losier), Master Practitioner in NLP (Australasian Institute of NLP), certified trainer in EQ (6 Seconds) and EQi2.0 Profiling Tool, accredited trainer in Think On Your Feet® (Ken Everett International), she has also been instructed in the group facilitation process of Open Space Technology and Interactive Training Strategies by the renowned Dr Thiagi of The Thiagi Group Inc.

Roshini has also completed being certified in the Profiling Tools of The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) - a system to measure and describe thinking.  Her most recent achievement is to gain PROFESSIONAL membership to the Asian Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS).  In the past she has won top awards in speaking contests organized by Toastmaster International here in Singapore and in Malaysia.

Personal Data

Having lived and studied in the United Kingdom and United States, Roshini currently resides in the vibrant city of Singapore with her husband and 12-year old son, who is a presenter-in–the-making, and future rock star.  Much to her delight!
