Since 1982, Michael devoted himself to the study and sharing of productivity and human psychology. Working in AsiaPac since 1987 and as a Singapore PR, Michael developed a global mindset with a keen understanding of Asia and how it functions in the world eocnomy.
Author of 15 books including his McGraw Hill productivity Series, he is the 'authority' on productivity. He's hosted 2 radio shows and appeared on TV and radio and used as spokesperson for MNCs . The Global Speakers Federation awarded him as one of only 21 speakers in the world to be 'brand ambassadors’ for their new 'CSPGlobal' certification.
Michael was chosen to moderatedSingapore's first ever Productivity Symposium sponsored by the Singapore Productivity Association and has conducted over 450 productivity workshops for SIM including sessions on Productive Time and Stress Management, How to Manage, Motivate and Lead a Winning Team, Facilitating Productive Meetings and Productive, Effective and Creative Training Techniques.
Michael’s 700+ clients in 36 countries include Microsoft, IBM, GE, DuPont, Ingersoll Rand, General Dynamics, Philips, Shell, Pfizer, GSK, Roche, IRS, United Nations, Heidelberg Cement, Medtronic, 3M, Olam, US Marines, Singapore Navy/Army/Airforce, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways International, Hyatt, Sheraton, Westin, Times of India, Top 100 CIOs (India), Saudi Readymix, Recreation Africa & hospitals in Oman, Singapore & USA. 90% of his work is repeat business.
Michael lives in the 'heartlands' of Singapore with his bride Sarnai and their children have learned to contend with PSLE and ALL love Singapore. Tony, their youngest is thrilled with his robotics programme and competing in Literature Exams while Anna has played floorball on 2 school teams taking 2nd place in the nation. The entire family is active in their church, IBC.
