Mark is Co-Founder of Anagram Group, a corporate training company he founded with his wife Liyana Stuart. Anagram Group was winner of the British Chamber of Commerce's "Future of Work" award at the 19th Annual Business Awards in September 2018 for their work in helping organisations transform through Innovation, Design Thinking and Ideathon training. For his work as Co-Founder of Anagram, he was presented the ‘Future of Work’ award at the 19th Annual Business Awards from the British High Commissioner to Singapore, Scott Wightman and Mr. Chan Chun Sing, Singapore’s Minister of Trade & Industry.

Mark is certified in Design Thinking, runs ideathons in Singapore for corporates, and is also a DISC-certified behavioural consultant. Mark works with over 200+ government and corporate clients in Singapore, Asia and the UK through his training company, Anagram Group.

Prior to training, Mark had over 15 years of international investment banking experience in the UK, Australia and Singapore for Schroders, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Abbey National and Salomon Brothers. He held regional head positions at Morgan Stanley and Schroders, and led large teams across 3 continents.  His leadership articles are regularly published in Asian Banking & Finance and Singapore Business Review.

Mark's signature programme is "Leadership In The Digital Age", a range of keynote speeches, 2-day programmes and customised programmes.

His presentations are highly interactive and focus on strategies and goals that can be implemented in the workplace immediately, delivering instant return on investment.
