Manoj is a futurist and a leader in digital transformation. With more than two decades of experience as a distinguished technology analyst, he has helped multinational companies, financial institutions, regulators, and government bodies alike make sense of a fast-changing world to drive exponential impact in their communities, businesses and careers.
Manoj was formerly the Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Senior Partner at Frost & Sullivan – where he was also the first and youngest Senior Partner in Asia at this global consulting firm. He led the business’ eventual expansion across the region to 15 major markets, and more than 1000 employees.
Manoj is now recognised as an international keynote speaker on topics of digital transformation, disruptive technologies and customer experience. He has presented at over 1000 seminars internationally in the last decade itself.

Manoj holds an MBA from the ICFAI Mumbai. He is also a CFA and has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering. In his free time Manoj trains to run full marathons. He is also an avid Liverpool Football Club supporter and always has a lot to say about what business leaders can learn from sports.
