Jass is an award winning Senior Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Trainer & Speaker,  who helps managers become more effective and influential in their roles by elevating their leadership abilities.  She specializes in leadership, coaching, multi-stakeholder collaborations, managing cultural diversity, creative solutions and drive results.  With extensive experience in coaching business leaders working with international corporations, public and not for profit sectors.

She leverages her 28 years of global experience working with World Bank, Scotts Holding Group and Kelly Services as well as business owner of two profitable businesses.  She works with leaders to rely on their strengths as they make a transition, facing the challenge of a culturally diverse work group, or managing business risks.  With her commercial and business experience she supports and challenges the leaders to find innovate ways to reach success.  She also works with organizations to build and manage diverse leadership to form partnerships that address the strategic planning, human capital development, engaging multi-sectors and stakeholders to meet business objectives. She has worked extensively with Women leaders and specializes in supporting hi-potential leaders. 

As an experienced leader from the early part of her career she has lead diverse teams, which has enabled her to sharpen her own leadership skills and competency, through experimenting and developing systems to cope she managed to learn ways of elevating her leadership abilities and deliver consistent results saving her company millions of dollars through streamlining productivity and increasing revenue streams.   She bring the real and practical sharing in her presentations.

Over the past 15 years she has formally coached senior leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies and many major non-profit organizations.  The industries she has worked with include Aviation, Advertising, Banking, FMCG, Healthcare, Insurance, Technology, Legal, Leisure & Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunications.

She is a strong believer in personal transformation as key for sustainable change in business.  In her work, she combines her professional experience and entrepreneurial background while engaging enthusiasm, empathy and care to help clients implement actionable solutions to get results in the shortest time frame.

She also has received the Prime Minister's Award in 2002 by the Singapore Government after suggesting the Telephone Reminder Services which in it’s pilot year saved half a million dollars and has now been rolled out globally saving hundreds of millions of dollars for organizations.

Currently serving the term as the President, for the International Coach Federation (ICF), Singapore Chapter, she one of the few Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.  She has been an active contributing member to the coaching community.  Working with both ICF and the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) as well as Associate Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).   She has served on the ICF Exco as the President-Elect and Membership Chair (2016-2017), Vice President (2012-2013).  She played key organizing roles in the Asia Pacific Coaching Conference 2010 and 2012.  She chaired the Symposium on “Coaching for Future” during the Coaching Week 2015.  She is a Grass root leader for the Siglap South CC and the Centre for Performing Arts.
 

She is a global speaker at various conferences, and has been regularly featured in the media.
