About Shola

Shola Kaye is an award-winning international keynote speaker and author of two communication books. She speaks on Empathy in the Workplace, Inclusive Leadership and Communication. Whether you need an in-person or virtual keynote for thousands, or an intimate session for your senior leadership team, Shola will deliver in her typical engaging, interactive and insightful style.

She has a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, completed scientific research in the field of Neuroscience at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, and spent a number of years working in the United States in financial services before returning to the UK.
