Su-Yen Wong

Su-Yen is a professional speaker and facilitator who engages audiences globally on the future of work, transformation, and leadership.

Over the past two decades, she has helped some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations navigate the intersection of technology, strategy, and people. And, she has guest lectured at leading universities from Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the United States.

She brings a unique blend of experience at the Board and C-level in technology, business, and human capital, and she has advised and worked with organisations such as Alibaba, Becton Dickinson, Caltex, Citibank, DBS, the Singapore Government, Hitachi, Hyatt, IBM, Microsoft, Moet Hennessy, Sembcorp Marine, and SK Telecom.

An accomplished multicultural business leader who has lived and worked globally, Su-Yen is Founder and CEO of Bronze Phoenix, a premier provider of solutions that help organisations and leaders reinvent themselves. In addition, she currently serves on the Boards of several public, private, membership, and not-for-profit organisations in Australia, Asia, and the United States.

She is an avid adventure traveler and has ventured to some of the most remote parts of the world, including Antarctica and Timbuktu. She is a published author of an Amazon Bestseller, an award-winning photographer, and earlier in life, a musician.
