Jass is an award winning Senior Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Trainer, Mentor Coach, who works with C-Suite Executives to become more effective and influential in their roles by elevating their leadership abilities.

She is a Board Member for Non Profit Organization and as a Grass root leader for the Siglap South CC and the Centre for Performing Arts. She chaired the Symposium on “Coaching for Future” during the Coaching Week 2015.

She is a global speaker at various conferences, and has been regularly featured in the media, “HRM Magazine”, “Human Resources” “Her World” and “Simply Her”, “IndiaSe” magazines. She has been an invited guest on Media Corp’s Radio’s 93.8FM show.
