Lily Koh AICI FLC is a Senior Associate Consultant of Imageworks Asia. Affable, sincere and dedicated, audiences applaud her for the relevant, insightful trainings and her invaluable advice. She is highly sought after for her dedication to excellence of professional service and a deep sense of commitment to every client’s improvements. Her thoroughness to details keeps her clients assured that they can rely on her for maintaining consistently high standards in her training and consultancy services. This has undoubtedly generated repeated engagements with many corporate and individual services from organsiations like Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Civil Service College, Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), UBS Investment Bank, Hongkong and Shanghai Bank (HSBC), JP Morgan, the Housing and Development Board (Singapore), Nanyang Business School (NTU), etc.
Coached and mentored since 2004 by Imageworks Asia’s founder Christina Ong AICI CIP, Lily has accelerated tremendously in the field of image consulting. Her persistence to resolve challenging limitations in order to create solutions for her clients have proven to be experiences that clients value and appreciate. Having lived and worked in many countries from the Philippines, Arizona (USA), Hong Kong and Shanghai, she also brings a wealth of local and international experiences to her image services, coupled with her communication edge in being proficiently bi-lingual (Mandarin/English).
Lily first earned a practicing image certification from John Robert Powers in 1998 and continues upgrading herself with the most recent training in Designer Colour and Style by AICI’s Certified Image Master, Carla Mathis and Christina Ong AICI CIP. She currently serves as the AICI Ambassador for South Asia, supporting image professionals in Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand.
Committed to excellence and a desire to continuously improve, Lily has recently attained her First Level Certification (FLC) with high score and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Image Professional, the second highest level of certification with AICI. Her qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Diploma in System Analysis and Design. Prior to her image career, Lily was an Information Technology (IT) consultant at IBM Singapore, Singapore’s Economic Development Board and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Lily’s highest aim is to transcend beyond imparting knowledge to create productive and positive image changes for clients.
