Every APSS Professional Member must:

  • Maintain membership and subscribe to the Code of Professional Ethics.
  • Present a minimum of 50 professional speaking engagements within a 5-year period.
  • Receive excellent ratings from past clients on professional performance evaluations.
  • Continue education in the professional speaking field.

The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, conferred by the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers, is the speaking profession's international measure of professional platform skill. The letters CSP following a speaker's name indicate a speaking professional with proven experience who understands what is required and knows how to deliver client satisfaction.

Choosing a Professional Member or a CSP maximizes your opportunity of getting a speaker with a message that will focus, elevate and enhance the mission of meetings and stick firmly in the memories, attitudes and action plans of the attendees.

Lily first earned a practicing image certification from John Robert Powers in 1998 and continues upgrading herself with the most recent training in Designer Colour and Style by AICI’s Certified Image Master, Carla Mathis and Christina Ong AICI CIP. She currently serves as the AICI Ambassador for South Asia, supporting image professionals in Taiwan, Indonesia and Thailand.

Committed to excellence and a desire to continuously improve, Lily has recently attained her First Level Certification (FLC) with high score and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Image Professional, the second highest level of certification with AICI. Her qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Post-Graduate Diploma in System Analysis and Design. Prior to her image career, Lily was an Information Technology (IT) consultant at IBM Singapore, Singapore’s Economic Development Board and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Lily’s highest aim is to transcend beyond imparting knowledge to create productive and positive image changes for clients.
